Indigo Grass
Grass type: Annual (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)This modest-sized, yellow grass grows up to 2 feet (61.0 cm) tall. The 5 pointed stalks grow in small clumps that are strong and tough and they are slow to spread and grow.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, indigo flower.
During the early autumn, it produces very little pollen, but can cause severe allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with lots of medium-sized grains.
It is suitable for creating tough, hard-wearing textiles
