Crimsonleaf Succulent

This modest-sized leaf succulent grows up to 69 feet (21.0 meters) tall. The wispy stem is crimson, and is covered in brittle crimson spines. The tattered-edged, sickle shaped leaves are solid green with azure zig-zags. Sparse amounts of them grow from the base in a symmetrical pattern. The leaves are flimsy, and easily come away when pulled.

It is quick growing, taking 3 months to reach maturity. Once mature, a single flower with petals that are brown on the edges and purple at the center grows at the top, reappearing once every 7 years. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of up to 20 curved petals. It has a scent whose strength depends on external factors, such as soil quality and rain frequency that smells like burning wood.

The leaf succulent's skin is thin, the grey flesh is rough, and the light brown sap is thin and causes upset stomachs if consumed.
