Aquamarine

This massive flower grows up to 12.8 feet (3.9 meters) tall. Its gray-green stems grow in bunches of 6 and are thin and straight, and the giant, green leaves are long, tapering with serrated edges. 7 leaves grow at the base of the stem.

A single tiny flower sits at the end of each stem. The flowers are 145 cm (57.1 inches) wide, with alternating petals of aquamarine and caramel, with a beige central disk. The flower head is largely flat with 24 raised narrow petals. They fall easily.

It has an overpowering scent that smells like an ocean breeze, and it has very little pollen, but can cause allergic reactions. It is pollinated by the wind, but is also particularly attractive to bees.
