Emerald

This emerald moss is commonly found blanketing medium-sized areas In marshes, On trees, and In rainy mountain ranges.
It is giant, growing up to 11 inches (28 cm) tall. It forms in sparse patches and can spread and grow quickly, and is very rigid; it struggles more than most during dry spells.
When mature, emerald flame-shaped capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-summer to release hundred of spores.
