Beige Moss

This beige moss is commonly found growing in small clumps In heathlands, In bogs, and In rainforests.
It is modest-sized, growing up to 5 inches (13 cm) tall. It forms in sparse patches and they overwhelm an area rapidly, and is extremely resilient.
When mature, emerald cylindrical capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early summer to release dozens of spores; it can cause allergic reactions.
