Emerald

This lime green moss is commonly found blanketing large areas On rotten logs, On trees, and In rainy mountain ranges.
It is small, growing up to 3 inches (8 cm) tall. It forms in small clumps and they are exceptionally hardy, and is slightly delicate.
When mature, emerald heart-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-autumn to release dozens of spores; it does not cause many allergic reactions.
