Emerald Bog Moss

It is big, growing up to 8 inches (20 cm) tall. It forms in thick clumps, and is extremely resistant; it can easily endure being trodden on.
When mature, emerald circular capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-autumn to release dozens of spores.
It only grows on the most fertile lands.
The leaves are bitter, but very healthy.
It is suitable for use as a construction material
It is said to be able to live for hundreds of years.
It is almost impossible to grow from cuttings.
