Ambermallow

This short shrub grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall and lives for around 96 years. It is very resistant to disease but is susceptible to destructive insect infestation.

It has many narrow, straight stems covered in hard, silky, brown-green bark, and the wood inside is white.

The branches are short and thick with thousands of twigs that and are covered with sparse amounts of miniature, thick, leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are solid white with amber dots, rigid and smooth.

It produces lots of large, orange flowers with 3 umbrella-shaped shaped petals. They detach easily and have the faintest scent that smells like damp. In late autumn it forms tinyyellow, shelled seeds.
