Copperflare

This average-sized caudiciform grows up to 4 feet (1.2 meters) tall. The slender, pointed stem is copper, and is covered in hundreds of fine, light brown, hair-like spines. The twisting, slate trunk can grow to as much as 4 feet (1.2 meters) in diameter at the bottom. Its moss green branches trail down to the ground and start growing three quarters of the way up the stem.

The sparse amounts of rounded-edged, thick leaves are solid lime with black patches. They are durable, and easily come away when pulled.

It is very fast growing, taking 5 months to reach maturity. Once mature, a single flower with solid aquamarine petals decorated with cyan lines and a purple central disk grows at the top, reappearing once every 4 years. The flower head is made up of dozens of petals in raised layers. It has a delicate scent that smells like a woman.

The caudiciform's skin is thick, the yellow flesh is soft, and the pink sap is thin.
