Cyan Blaze
Succulent type: Leaf succulent (Stores water in its leaves)This small leaf succulent grows up to 4 feet (1.2 meters) tall. The narrow stem is emerald, and is covered in sharp spines. The irregular-edged, broad, flat leaves are cyan on the edges and vivid red at the center. Handfuls of them grow from the base in random directions. The leaves are resistant, but easily come away when pulled.
It is very fast growing, taking 8 months to reach maturity. Once mature, and only under the right conditions, several flowers with solid amber petals decorated with ashy green lines and a black central disk grow at the top, reappearing after 3 years, but only when the conditions are right again. The flower head is shaped like a tube made up of handfuls of widely spaced, narrow petals. It has a weak scent that smells like cheese.
The leaf succulent's skin is thin, the peach flesh is waxy, and the hazel sap is thin.
It is very rare outside of a particular area.
It releases hallucinogenic smoke when burned.
