Crimson Glow Moss

This red moss is commonly found blanketing medium-sized areas In bogs.
It is modest-sized, growing up to 3 inches (8 cm) tall. It forms in thin clumps and they spread and grow quickly, and is slightly flimsy.
When mature, emerald oblong capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-summer to release hundred of spores.
