Amberberry

This large fruit tree grows up to 32 feet (9.8 meters) tall and lives for up to 15 years, with the oldest known specimen being around 29 years old. It is susceptible to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has a thick, crooked trunk covered in cracked, dark brown bark, and inside, the light wood is pale brown.

The branches are very long and thick and are covered with large amounts of huge, long, tapering leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are amber on the edges and yellow at the center.

In early spring, it produces a handful of giant, olive blossoms with circular petals with a tube-like floral cup. They are hardy and have a scent whose strength depends on external factors, such as soil quality and rain frequency that smells like a man.

In late autumn it produces , finger-like fruit. The fuzzy faded green skin is stretchy and sweet and sour, and the crunchy hazel flesh is spicy and very dry. The silver seeds are large and are scattered throughout the fruit.

The roots are fine and grow in a large web, and overall the tree is rigid and weak, and breaks apart easily.

Forests of this species feature well-spaced trees, with grassy ground between them.
