Bog Moss

This yellow-green moss is commonly found growing in tiny clumps In bogs, In damp forests, and In moorlands.
It is modest-sized, growing up to 4 inches (10 cm) tall. It forms in large clumps and they spread and grow quickly, and is overwhelmingly sturdy.
When mature, emerald oval-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early autumn to release dozens of spores; it can cause severe allergic reactions.
