Bloodfire Cactus

This small cactus grows up to 2 feet (61.0 cm) tall. The stiff, pointed stem is brown, and is covered in many fine, blood red, hair-like spines.

It is steady-growing, taking 20 months to reach maturity. Once mature, a single flower with solid hazel petals and a bright purple central disk grows at the top, reappearing every year. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 24 petals. It has a powerful scent that smells like coconut.

The cactus's skin is thin, the silver flesh is smooth, and the beige sap is thin.
