Emerald Moor Moss

This moss green moss is commonly found growing in medium-sized clumps In moorlands, and In heathlands.
It is average-sized, growing up to 6 inches (15 cm) tall. It forms in thick clumps and they overwhelm an area rapidly, and is slightly strong.
When mature, emerald crescent-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late summer to release dozens of spores; it does not cause any allergic reactions.

The sap is brown.
It is suitable for creating strong, durable textiles
The leaves and petals are often used to make tea.
