Bloodvine

It takes 2 months for the emerald stems to mature, by which point they have often fused together into ropes with a diameter of 1 cm (0.4 inches) and are smooth and slick.
The spiral, covered in fine hairs leaves reach up to 3 inches (8 cm) in length. They are either amber, or crimson with lilac streaks, and have tattered edges.
During late spring, the vine produces a thick sheet of small blood red flowers.
