Fruit Tree type: Coniferous (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)

This small fruit tree grows up to 5 feet (1.5 meters) tall and lives for up to 40 years, with the oldest known specimen being around 65 years old. It is very resistant to destructive insect infestation but susceptible to disease.

It has a branched, straight trunk covered in hard, rough, brown and grey bark, and inside, the dense wood is silver.

The sparse amount of branches are short, rigid and upright and are covered with very large amounts of miniature, asymmetrical leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are a shade of yellow-green that gradient shifts to white at the top.

In early spring, it produces a thick sheet of tiny, indigo blossoms with kidney-shaped shaped petals. They are very delicate and have a strong scent that smells like freshly washed clothes.

In early autumn it produces , long, straight fruit. The soft aquamarine skin is tough and sweet, and the crunchy intense yellow flesh is bitter and powdery. The olive seed is large and sits at the top of the fruit.

The roots form a tightly packed ball, and overall the tree is rigid and brittle.

Forests of this species feature the trees packed together, with patches of undergrowth between them.

It actively smothers and kills off other plants.
