Emberstone Moss

This grey and orange-yellow moss is commonly found blanketing small areas On trees.
It is average-sized, growing up to 6 inches (15 cm) tall. It forms in thin clumps, and is very robust; it can easily endure being trodden on.
When mature, emerald teardrop-shaped capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early winter to release millions of spores; it can cause severe allergic reactions.
