Bog Clump Moss

This yellow-green moss is commonly found growing in giant clumps In bogs, and On rotten logs.
It is large, growing up to 8 inches (20 cm) tall. It forms in large clumps and they are exceptionally hardy, and is slightly resistant.
When mature, emerald oval-shaped capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late summer to release hundred of spores.
