Crimson Spore Moss

This intense red moss is commonly found growing in medium-sized clumps In bogs, In marshes, and In damp forests.
It is short, growing up to 2 inches (5 cm) tall. It forms in small clumps, and is overwhelmingly durable.
When mature, emerald oval-shaped capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late autumn to release millions of spores.
