Emerald Clump Moss

This moss green and grey moss is commonly found growing in giant clumps In rainforests, and In damp forests.
It is short, growing up to 1 inch (3 cm) tall. It forms in thin clumps and they are exceptionally hardy, and is overwhelmingly durable.
When mature, emerald triangular capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early summer to release thousands of spores.
