Caramel Grey Moss

This caramel and grey moss is commonly found blanketing small areas On rotten logs, and In bogs.
It is small, growing up to 2 inches (5 cm) tall. It forms in thick clumps and they are slow to spread and grow, and is overwhelmingly resistant.
When mature, emerald cylindrical capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late summer to release millions of spores; it does not cause many allergic reactions.

It is suitable for creating tough, hard-wearing textiles
Once on fire, it burns very quickly.
It actively smothers and kills off other plants.
