Copper Spine Cactus

This modest-sized cactus grows up to 65 feet (19.8 meters) tall. The very thick stem is copper, and is covered in copious amounts of rigid lilac spines. The round body is orange, and is covered in sharp spines.

It is very fast growing, taking 2 months to reach maturity. Once mature, and only under the right conditions, several flowers with petals that are generally aquamarine; each flower tends to be a variation of this colour grow at the top, reappearing after 5 years, but only when the conditions are right again. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of up to 10 curved petals. It has a weak scent that smells like faeces.

The cactus's skin is extremely thick, the ashy purple flesh is slimy, and the amber sap is thin and causes severe cramps if consumed.
