Emerald Clump Moss

This green moss is commonly found blanketing tiny areas In moorlands, and In rainforests.
It is large, growing up to 9 inches (23 cm) tall. It forms in small clumps and they are slow to spread and grow, and is very resistant; it can easily endure flooding and draughts.
When mature, emerald kidney-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-autumn to release hundred of spores.
