Thunderbloom

This short flower grows up to 6 inches (15 cm) tall. Its yellow-green stems grow from the base of the plant in bunches of 4 and are very thin and straight, and split into numerous branching stems a quarter of the way up, and the large, orange leaves are circular with smooth edges. The leaves alternate on the stem from the base up to about halfway.

Dozens of giant flowers grow in drooping bunches like grapes. The flowers are 3 cm (1.2 inches) wide, with beige petals on the lower layer and violet petals decorated with copper dots on the inner layer. The central disk is beige. The flower head is largely flat with handfuls of tightly layered round-tipped petals. They are very delicate.

It has a soft scent that smells like rotting meat, and it has lots of pollen; it does not cause many allergic reactions. It is a self-pollinator and is ignored by most insect species.
