Caramel Puff Grass

Grass type: Biennial (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)

This modest-sized, brown grass grows up to 3 feet (91.4 cm) tall. The perforated stalks grow in large clumps that are light and frail and they are slow to spread and grow.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, caramel puff.

During the mid-autumn, it produces a fair amount of pollen; it can cause allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a few medium-sized grains.

It is bio-luminescent.
It releases hallucinogenic smoke when burned.
It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
