Climbing Hazelvine

This small vine is a fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 15 feet (4.6 meters) and growing as high as 19 feet (5.8 meters).

It takes 5 months for the yellow-green stems to mature, by which point they often have a diameter of 3 cm (1.2 inches) and are tough and woody.

The sickle shaped, crispy leaves reach up to 6 inches (15 cm) in length. They are caramel and peach, and have tattered edges.

During late spring, the vine produces copious amounts of colossal hazel flowers, and during the late autumn, after flowering, it produces lots of small fruits.
