Silverblood Trumpet

Succulent type: Leaf succulent (Stores water in its leaves)

This large leaf succulent grows up to 104 feet (31.7 meters) tall. The asymmetrical stem is moss green, and is dotted with small lime spines. The slender leaves are solid silver or blue, with blood red streaks. Small amounts of them grow on very thick, orange-yellow branches that are tall, rigid and upright. The leaves are sturdy, and are very difficult to pull away.

It is quick growing, taking 5 months to reach maturity. Once mature, several flowers with light brown petals and a lilac central disk grow at the top, reappearing every year. The flower head is shaped like a trumpet with 23 tightly layered, round-tipped petals. It has a mildly strong scent that smells like fruity.

The leaf succulent's skin is thin, the dull blue flesh is waxy, and the cyan sap is thin.

The sap is blood red.
The leaves are bland but very healthy.
It is suitable for creating strong, durable textiles
