Emerald Flame Moss

This lime green moss is commonly found blanketing large areas In bogs, In moorlands, and In rainforests.
It is small, growing up to 2 inches (5 cm) tall. It forms in extensive patches and they are exceptionally hardy, and is overwhelmingly resilient.
When mature, emerald flame-shaped capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early summer to release millions of spores.
