Purplevine

This small vine is a very fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 16 feet (4.9 meters) and growing as high as 40 feet (12.2 meters).

It takes 4 months for the lime stems to mature, by which point they can have a diameter of 3 cm (1.2 inches) and are tough and woody.

The asymmetrical, smooth leaves reach up to 6 inches (15 cm) in length. They are solid dark brown or purple, with slate edges, and have tattered edges.
