Crimson Moss

Moss type: Moss

This pink-red moss is commonly found blanketing medium-sized areas In bogs, and In heathlands.
It is short, growing up to 3 inches (8 cm) tall. It forms in thick clumps, and is overwhelmingly delicate.
When mature, emerald flame-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-summer to release dozens of spores; it does not cause many allergic reactions.

It is almost impossible to grow indoors.
It is suitable for making paper
It is very rare outside of a particular area.
