Emerald

This gray-green moss is commonly found blanketing large areas In damp forests.
It is big, growing up to 7 inches (18 cm) tall. It forms in sparse patches, and is overwhelmingly frail.
When mature, emerald kidney-shaped capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-autumn to release dozens of spores.
