Yellowvine

Climbing plant type: Bine (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This small bine is a fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 13 feet (4.0 meters)0.

It takes 5 months for the yellow-green stems to mature, by which point they can reach a diameter of 1 cm (0.4 inches) and are flat and wavy.

The long, narrow, soft leaves reach up to 5 inches (13 cm) in length. They are yellow and black, and have jagged edges.

During late spring, the bine produces thousands of small crimson flowers.

It is suitable for making paper
It comes in 7 varieties, each with a different leaf colour.
It out-competes most other plants for nutrients and light.
