Copperactus

This small cactus grows up to 11 feet (3.4 meters) tall. It splits near the top to form 2 thin stems. Each stem is red, and is covered in thousands of flexible sky blue spines. The cuboid body is copper, and is covered in thousands of flexible sky blue spines.

It is steady-growing, taking 3 years to reach maturity. Once mature, and only under the right conditions, a single flower with petals that are either gold or sky blue, with a yellow center grows at the top, reappearing after 3 years, but only when the conditions are right again. The flower head is largely flat with several widely spaced round-tipped petals. It has a weak scent that smells like roses.

The cactus's skin is extremely thick, the turquoise flesh is soft, and the pink sap is thin.
