Moss Green Grass
Grass type: Biennial (Stores water in the thickened base of its stem)This huge, moss green grass grows up to 35 feet (10.7 meters) tall. The spear shaped stalks grow in thin clumps that are rigid and they are slow to spread and grow.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a large, green tail.
During the late autumn, it produces lots of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with plenty of large grains.
The leaves are extremely toxic, and very sweet.
