Blueleaf Honeysuckle

This average-sized shrub grows up to 3 feet (91.4 cm) tall and lives for around 19 years. It is very susceptible to disease and insect infestation.

It has many very thick, curved stems covered in paper-thin, ridged, light brown bark, and the wood inside is pine-coloured.

The branches are tall, rigid and upright with hundreds of twigs that and are covered with very large amounts of large, fan-like, leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are vibrant orange on the sides and sky blue at the center, flimsy and smooth.

In late summer it produces dozens of tiny, hazel flowers with broad, flat petals. They detach easily and have a strong scent that smells like honeysuckle.
