Burgundy Moss

This burgundy moss is commonly found growing in small clumps On rotten logs, In damp forests, and In rainforests.
It is modest-sized, growing up to 6 inches (15 cm) tall. It forms in thick clumps, and is very durable.
When mature, emerald V-shaped capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early summer to release hundred of spores; it does not cause many allergic reactions.

It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
The leaves are very toxic, and very spicy.
Once on fire, it burns very quickly.
