Dotty Blackflower
Flower type: Biennial (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)This average-sized flower grows up to 1.8 feet (53 cm) tall. Its gray stems grow in bunches of 6 and are thin and straight, and the miniature, yellow-green leaves are thin with toothed edges. Many leaves grow along the entire length of the stem.
A single giant flower sits at the end of each stem. The flowers are 48 cm (18.9 inches) wide, with solid black petals decorated with pink dots and a beige central disk. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 16 petals. They fall easily.
It has a weak scent that smells like baby powder, and it has very little pollen. It is pollinated by insects and is visited by a large variety of them.
