Silvervine
Flower type: Biennial (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)This short flower grows up to 5 inches (13 cm) tall. Its lime green stem is very thin, and the giant, moss green leaves are spear shaped with irregular edges. Many leaves grow at the base of the stem, and more leaves grow in pairs along the length of the stem.
Many small flowers grow in bunches along the stem. The flowers are 2 cm (0.8 inches) wide, with each petal a slightly different shade of silver. The flower head is made up of many petals; the lower layer of petals are flat, while the upper layers form a tight heart. They detach easily.
It has a faint scent that smells like paint, and it has lots of pollen; it does not cause many allergic reactions. It is pollinated by insects and is enjoyed by several specific types of insect.
