Succulent type: Leaf succulent (Stores water in its leaves)

This giant leaf succulent grows up to 153 feet (46.6 meters) tall. The slender, pointed stem is burgundy, and is covered in brittle yellow spines. The pebble-like leaves are bronze on the edges and vivid green at the center. Thick bunches of them grow on very thick, moss green branches that are short, rigid and upright. The leaves are flexible, and are very difficult to pull away.

It is very slow growing, taking 43 years to reach maturity. Once mature, and only under the right conditions, several flowers with turquoise petals that gradient shift to gold on the outer edge. The central disk is gold grow at the top, reappearing after 3 years, but only when the conditions are right again. The flower head is largely flat with 6 widely spaced round-tipped petals. It has an overpowering scent that smells like something putrid.

The leaf succulent's skin is thin, the hazel flesh is sticky, and the green sap is thin.
