Bluefire

This massive leaf succulent grows up to 141 feet (43.0 meters) tall. The very thin stem is gray, and is covered in copious amounts of rigid yellow spines. The thick leaves are sky blue and dark purple. Handfuls of them grow on narrow, copper branches that are very long, thin and wispy. The leaves are hardy, but take little effort to detach.

It is very slow growing, taking 10 years to reach maturity. Once mature, several flowers with lilac petals and a yellow center grow at the top, reappearing every year. The flower head is shaped like a star made up of 6 raised, narrow petals. It has a scent that varies in strength that smells like warm cookies.

The leaf succulent's skin is thick, the caramel flesh is rough, and the slate sap is thin.
