Emerald Clump Moss

This gray-green moss is commonly found blanketing medium-sized areas In rainforests, and In heathlands.
It is short, growing up to 3 inches (8 cm) tall. It forms in thick clumps, and is overwhelmingly resilient; it is very difficult to kill.
When mature, emerald cylindrical capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early winter to release hundred of spores.
