Copper Moss

This copper moss is commonly found blanketing small areas In damp forests, In rainforests, and In heathlands.
It is average-sized, growing up to 3 inches (8 cm) tall. It forms in sparse patches and can overwhelm an area rapidly, and is overwhelmingly durable; it can easily endure being trodden on.
When mature, emerald V-shaped capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early winter to release hundred of spores; it does not cause many allergic reactions.
