Yellow Moss

This yellow moss is commonly found blanketing small areas In marshes, and On trees.
It is huge, growing up to 1.1 feet (33 cm) tall. It forms in thin clumps and they are exceptionally hardy, and is slightly resilient; it is very difficult to kill.
When mature, emerald teardrop-shaped capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early autumn to release dozens of spores.
