Emerald

This moss green moss is commonly found growing in large clumps In moorlands.
It is small, growing up to 1 inch (3 cm) tall. It forms in large clumps, and is overwhelmingly light.
When mature, emerald crescent-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-autumn to release thousands of spores.
