Aquamarine Moss

This aquamarine moss is commonly found blanketing tiny areas On rotten logs.
It is small, growing up to 1 inch (3 cm) tall. It forms in extensive patches and they are exceptionally hardy, and is very light; it burns easily in strong sunlight.
When mature, emerald oblong capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late autumn to release hundred of spores.

It is suitable for making paper
It is almost impossible to grow indoors.
It spreads easily and often blanket large areas.
