Crimson Bog Moss

Moss type: Moss

This pink-red moss is commonly found blanketing tiny areas In moorlands, In bogs, and In marshes.
It is short, growing up to 2 inches (5 cm) tall. It forms in large clumps, and is overwhelmingly frail.
When mature, emerald heart-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early autumn to release dozens of spores.

It aggressively steals nutrients from other large plants (but not each other).
It is suitable for creating flexible, durable textiles
