Clinging Vinefern

Shrub type: Deciduous (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)

This modest-sized shrub grows up to 3 feet (91.4 cm) tall and lives for around 77 years. It is not very resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has dozens of long and flexible, curved stems covered in hard, cracked, brown-green bark, and the wood inside is silver.

The branches are very long, thin and wispy with dozens of twigs that and are covered with small amounts of small, slender, pointed, leaves with irregular edges. The leaves themselves are either violet or copper, with olive lines, light and frail and crispy.

It produces bunches of medium-sized, magenta flowers with 8 heart-shaped shaped petals. They are very delicate and have a strong scent that smells like grass cuttings. In late spring it forms giantdark yellow, shelled seeds.


It is suitable for creating flexible, durable textiles
It can grow in even the most barren lands.
