Azure Marsh Moss

This azure moss is commonly found growing in large clumps In marshes, and On trees.
It is large, growing up to 10 inches (25 cm) tall. It forms in thin clumps, and is slightly flimsy; it struggles more than most during dry spells.
When mature, emerald kidney-shaped capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late autumn to release millions of spores; it does not cause any allergic reactions.
