Blueberry Succulent

This giant leaf succulent grows up to 167 feet (50.9 meters) tall. The pleated stem is moss green, and is covered in large amounts of rigid sky blue spines. The smooth-edged, circular leaves are found in hazel, sky blue and pink varieties. Handfuls of them grow from the base in tight-packed layers. The leaves are flimsy, and easily come away when pulled.

It is steady-growing, taking 6 months to reach maturity. Once mature, and only under the right conditions, several flowers with solid black petals decorated with purple dots and a lilac central disk grow at the top, reappearing after 10 years, but only when the conditions are right again. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 24 petals. It has a weak scent that smells like warm cookies.

The leaf succulent's skin is thick, the cream flesh is soft, and the crimson sap is thin and can kill if consumed.
